At MÁDARA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organic beauty ritual. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused or gently used items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship the Items

Use the prepaid shipping label provided via email or choose your preferred carrier to send the package back to our logistics center.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
